The Billing and Collecting Module is designed to achieve the following goals for a firm.

Strategy

Stage one (Assessment phase)

  • On site review of current billing and collecting, time keeping and engagement management practices.

  • Analysis of performance results. 

  • Dialoguing with partners and staff about their current billing and collecting practices to determine areas for improvement.  

  • Preparation of recommendations, establishing goals and setting benchmarks.

Stage Two (Implementation phase)

  • Working with the partners to create strategies to implement the recommendations. 

  • Initiating appropriate changes to the firm's existing practices and procedures related to billing and collecting. 

  • Conducting instructional sessions as needed. 

  • One on one coaching, as necessary, to assist individuals to modify their personal billing and collecting styles.
