Morden S. Shapiro B.Com., FCA, CMC

Morden (Mort), has consulted to accounting firms throughout Canada for over 25 years. He is a well-known teacher, author and public presenter. Mort is a regular columnist in The Bottom Line. He is a frequent presenter of Professional Development courses as well as addressing conferences and other professional meetings.

Mort advises firms in all areas of practice management including partnership arrangements, strategic planning, marketing, integration of technology, growth management, succession, mergers, conflict resolution, profit improvement strategies, and litigation and professional conduct matters. Mort is a frequent facilitator of partner retreats and other partner meetings.

Harriet Lampert M.A.

Harriet has a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychology at Case Western Reserve University. Harriet has an active psychotherapy practice. She has considerable experience leading groups. She and Mort counsel executives, professionals and their spouses and have co-presented a couples' retreat in Jamaica. Harriet has authored several articles and is a popular presenter. She has co-authored and co-presented with Mort on a number of occasions.
