HOW IT WORKS You engage Mort to have a regular, ongoing relationship with you or your firm. The frequency and nature of the contact can be designed to accommodate individual circumstances. The following are some common coaching involvements: ¨ Mort regularly attends partner

in specific client situations. This can include engagement design,
engagement management and billing

contact with staff, providing guidance and skills development where

available for day-to-day consultations on specific issues as they

with your assessments of client needs. ¨

monthly reviews of management data for the firm. ¨
Mort assists
with analysis and design of client servicing practice. ¨
Mort serves as a
resource in all of the functional areas of practice:
financial; technology; marketing and human
resources. Additional areas of involvement may arise as Mort learns more about the individual and the firm.
